Last POCO headlight – The POCO F3 GT was launched only a few weeks in India and comes with the MediaTek 1200 series chipset.
This game-driven device comes with a few Maglev shoulder buttons and offers a touch response rate of 480Hz, which helps users get the best gaming experience in a budget.
With all these features in place, associated with a powerful processor and a sufficient amount of RAM, the phone that expected has a positive response from the first adopters. However, the same set of users has now started complaining that POCO F3 GT has heating problems.
Some users have taken social media to express their displeases as the phone gets more than warm for some users. Some users reported that their phone stays warmer than normal for regular use and starts to overheat when playing games.
The company has now recognized the problem through an update of the Global Forum of the POCO Community. The update identifies the problem as “heating problems while using the device”. The company has classified this problem as a “minor problem” having an impact on a “small volume” of users. These users are likely on V.12.5.4.0.rkjinxm of MIUI according to the position.
However, the station does not clarify if it is a software bug or the heating problems are linked to the chipset feeding the phone. The firmware has not been pre-installed on the device and was delivered later with the July security patch. This also explains why the question has not been reported in critics.
Now that the company recognized the problem, it can soon publish an update of the bug correction. However, the company has not yet given ETA. Since all users are not affected by the problem and some even reporting that their peripheral behaves normally, it must be seen if the company decides to manifest certain applications to contain the heating problems or a different solution.
Anyway, we expect the company to remain transparent on the solution, although we will keep you informed anyway.
